The ISAPP 2021 Valencia summer school on “Neutrino Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology” was held from July 21st to July 30th 2021 (initially planned for July 2020, but finally postponed for one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic).
Due to the COVID-19 situation, this was a fully online School, with no registration fee.
The school’s goal is to cover the main theoretical and experimental aspects of neutrino physics. The school is primarily aimed at PhD students and other young researchers working in this field, either experimentalists, theorists or phenomenologists who wish to have an up-to-date overview of neutrino physics and its connection to Astrophysics and Cosmology.
Following the standard ISAPP school format, the scientific program consisted of main lectures (1.5 hours including discussion) including introductory pre-courses on Particle Physics and Cosmology. Some sessions were devoted to discussions to stimulate the interaction among students and lecturers. There was also a poster interactive session for which participants were encouraged to contribute with results on their current research topics.
