The ISAPP 2021 Valencia summer school on “Neutrino Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology” will be held from July 21st to July 30th 2021 (initially planned for July of last year, but finally postponed for one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic).
Due to the COVID-19 situation, this will be a fully online School, and there is no registration fee.
The deadline for the pre-registration was 30th April 2021. Pre-registered participants will soon receive a message from the local organizers.
The school’s goal is to cover the main theoretical and experimental aspects of neutrino physics. The school is primarily aimed at PhD students and other young researchers working in this field, either experimentalists, theorists or phenomenologists who wish to have an up-to-date overview of neutrino physics and its connection to Astrophysics and Cosmology.
Following the standard ISAPP school format, the scientific program will consist of main lectures (1.5 hours including discussion) including introductory pre-courses on Particle Physics and Cosmology. Some sessions will be devoted to discussions to stimulate the interaction among students and lecturers. There will be also poster presentations for which participants are encouraged to contribute with results on their current research topics.
